Adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, the Executive Boardroom serves as a perfect scenario for small & private meetings, or it converts into a pre-registration area for conventions and incentives. A personalized butler-service is included.

With a maximum capacity of up to 430 persons, divisible in half by a sound-proof wall and state-of-the-art A/V equipment designed by Sony(R), our Grand Ballroom offers excellent banquet and meeting facilities. It includes 50 voice, data (high-speed Internet) and electric outlets.

Los Marlins Golf Course

Surrounding the resort and designed by the internationally-acclaimed golf architect, Charles Ankrom; this 18 hole, par 72 championship golf course features numerous artistic sand traps, lakes, mounds and contours that enhance the game and the natural beauty of the site.

Guavaberry's Signature hole (# 13), featuring two greens and a man-made waterfall, all part of Gary Player's original design.

Designed by the legendary Grand Slam winner, Gary Player, Guavaberry golf course features the only "island hole" in the country and natural traps created around the coral rocks found during the construction of the course.
